Our Outdoor Activity Day Visit and Residential Camping Programs Link with the National Curriculum

Our outdoor programs foster personal development and improve relationships. They facilitate cross-curricular learning. Being away from home on a camping residential trip provides the opportunity to develop independence, take responsibility for oneself and gain an understanding of how to stay safe in a new environment.

‘ When planned and implemented well, learning outside the classroom contributed significantly to raising standards and improving pupils’ personal, social and emotional development.’
