Welcome to the Biblins Youth Campsite

The Biblins Campsite provides a back-to-basics camping experience, nestled in the Wye Valley, the 18 acre site hugs the river and is surrounded by ancient woodlands. Whether you plan a social group camp or educational school visit, Biblins offers one of the finest locations in the country.

Youth, Community & School Groups

Biblins is primarily a youth campsite. We have 13 camping pitches, with capacities ranging from 15 to 60 campers.  Groups of 60+ can be accommodated by combining pitches – please email us if you wish to make a large booking: biblins@woodcraft.org.uk

We also welcome smaller youth and community groups such as Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) expeditions arriving by foot or Canoe.

Family and Private Hire.

We are open to Family and private Hire bookings during the Herefordshire School holidays:

  • Easter Holidays: 22 March 2025  – 8th April 2025
  • May Half Term: 24th May 2025 – 3rd June 2025
  • Summer Holidays: 19th July 2025 – we are then open to the end of the camping season on 31st October 2025

We offer a uniquely peaceful site with large pitches and lots of space to enjoy the surroundings of the River Wye.

Don’t have any camping equipment? Don’t worry! … we also offer Camp Koodoo, which provides everything you need for a group of up to 36 campers!

The Burrow – an undercover sleeping accommodation for 19 people (and for a taste of camping … the roof even slides off!)

Woodcraft Folk  is a co-operative youth movement open to everyone. We support children to take the lead and change their world through weekly group nights and camps. Woodcraft Folk activities develop children’s understanding and respect of the world around them including activities which explore other cultures and the natural environment. We’ve been running since 1925 and we’re still going strong!

If you are passionate about supporting children and young people to engage in nature or are just ready to get outside with family and friends, then come and enjoy a few days under canvas at Biblins.
